The apartment was very big and very nice. All of needed equipment was there. Location was very good - 10-15 minutes walk to the biggest tourist attractions and next to the bus stop. Close to the apartment there are many cafeterias and restaurants. the apartment was very clean, there were towels, cosmetics waiting for us and comfortable beds. the host - Francesco - was super nice and friendly. He was waiting for us late evening to check us in, give the keys and show apartment. He shared with us all of the necessary information about tourist attractions, restaurants nearby, and tips about sightseeing Pisa. At our check-out day, my mother had an accident and we had to go to the hospital. Francesco helped us a lot - he was checking out about my father who stayed at the apartment and let us to keep the luggage until the afternoon. It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment, thank you so much for your hospitality! :)
Felt very relaxed, nothing too much trouble.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff, especially Francesco, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!
The breakfast option could be improved by offering vouchers for breakfast at a nearby café.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, within walking distance of major tourist attractions and close to public transportation. We also appreciated the hospitality of our host, who gave us valuable tips and information about the city.
We wished there was more natural light and a better view from the apartment. the absence of a coffee table in the living area and the small size of the bedside tables were a bit inconvenient.
